this people call me sevearl times and leaving messages sayiong they have a suit or claim agaisnt me i cant barely understand what he saying and when i finnaly pick up the phone they saying they need the number of my attorney and that they will send them aap opaper work,when i said send me the paper since u claim u got a suit agaisnt me so u must know my address and he said i cant do that i snt tell u any information about the case and i said what is this about they said its about a pay day loan,i sai whos payday loan? some cash advance they said,i said well give theyre number i want to talk to them they said no,we just gonna go head nad file this case and i said go head,who is this people and how do they get my last sss#?
I got a call from 323 432 8769 saying his name was Atty. David Williams with the fraud and that they had information that I had been the victim of fraud and did I every pay money to ACS or PCS Legal Service for outstanding pay day loan, I had two at the time, he sound very educated and I was duped again out of 439.00 to pay these two loans(which were what I owed), so I paid. I then got another call from PCS Legal Services 347 321 6497 saying I owed these two payday loans, told him I paid them, he got nasty said he would have me arrested and put in jail, would attach my wages and come to my work place. I politely told him to ***** himself, and hung up on him. That was 2 weeks ago this time I got a call from Shawn Davis(middle eastern accent) and he left a voice mail basically saying I had 2 minutes to call him back or the police would be coming to arrest me(that was 5 hrs ago). Please don't stupid like me. This is a fraud and from everything I have been able to uncover, they are out of the country and these phones are happy jack phone numbers.
I got a call from 323 4321 9769 saying his name was Atty. David Williams. He said he was from the Fraud Department and I had been a victim of fraud, that the money I had paid to ACS and PCS never got to the payday loan debt and I needed to pay this amount and they would help me get my money back. I fell victim again and paid the money. Now they are calling me again and telling me I owe the same amount again, this time the number is 347 321 6497.
