This is obviously a scam. I keep getting these phone calls and I don't own a PC !!!! When I tell the caller that I'm strictly on mac, they abruptly hang up. SCAM!!!
Same as above, total fraud scam.
Just hang up & block number.
If you give them access, they will hijack & lock your system, then demand ransom to unlock.... until they lock it again and demand ransom again.
Had some little what sounded like a Indian [***] call from this number saying he was from Microsoft, I had just Google this number & told him he was a scam artist. He just just said "same to you" then hung up like the crybaby [***] that he is.
caller said he was from microsoft, I told him F*** you. He asked if I thought my dic* was big enough to F*** him, I said it's long enough to slap you across the face and then F*** your momma !! He hung up.
You do realize they're outside the united states and don't comply with our laws, right? You're taking legal action again a ghost you'll never find. We feel your frustration and appreciate the effort, though.
