This is obviously a scam. I keep getting these phone calls and I don't own a PC !!!! When I tell the caller that I'm strictly on mac, they abruptly hang up. SCAM!!!

Indian man called Steve saying he was from windows and they seen my computer had a problem being in the IT field i wanted to see what they were doing so i played along on an older pc that was running XP and took a while to actually load up another Indian man named Alan came on saying he was the supervisor and i convinced him that i was going to work with Steve anyway the xp computer didn't have where they wanted me to go. so i kept him on the phone for a half hour than took a soccer refs whistle and blew it for a few minutes and hung up he called me back i told him that i was now going to contact the police he tried to argue that he was trying to help me when i called him an F'n liar he hung up
do not do any thing these people ask they are trying to get you to create a backdoor into your computer which you will never be able to close on your own.
