This person repeatedly calls my number asking to speak with someone I don't know. When I tell ask for information about who's calling, and explain that he has the wrong number, he YELLS at me and calls me and idiot. When I asked him to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was the only person who worked there and refuses to give his name. Then continued yelling over me, and said he wouldn't allow me to speak until I APOLOGIZED. This person is insane and I am reporting him to the police.
Got called by Mr. James, stated that there was a court case in my home state of Colorado with Lowes. I told him I never had a Lowes account and to pound sand. He then said that. I was not real man and to have my wife call him.
I now sent the morning call back the listed phone number every minute as drive for my job. I also filed a complaint on line with LA county
Not only does this idiot call me, he now calls my parents cell phones along with my daughter! Have no idea where he got that information and certainly don't owe anything to anyone. Filing a complaint with the state attorney general.
This is a scam call. Can't begin to give you a list of all of the scam companies that have called me for 2 years. They give you a bogus name, a bogus account number, then proceed to tell you that this company has filed legal documents and wants to serve you. But for the amount of $_____, "we can settle this now". Before you pay this company, or any others, look around 800Notes or Google about how scam artists are collecting for payday loans or bounced/fraudulent checks.
They call my mother and left a message on her cell phone, than they called me and left me a message. I called them back and asked them not to call me or my mother, she is in the hospital ill. The advised me that they will call and do what ever they wanted and I could not stop them. I ask them if they like being sued. They were very rude and said a few choice words. I reported them to the FCC. They are also using a toll free number 844-413-2892.
