Phone call from what claims to be ACLU. They do not call night after night. This is scam from a company claiming to be working on behalf of the ACLU. They try to get money out of you and then give maybe 10% to the organization and keep 90% for themselves or they just steal your cc #. NEVER GIVE MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO CALLS YOU, NO MATTER WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE!

Checking this prefix, I noticed that there are all kinds of scam calls from 323. I doubt it is ACLU or an organization to collect funds for ACLU. Block it. If ACLU or any charity needs money, they will send snail mail requests. This is so lame.
This number has been attempting to call my number ever since the recent election. Tom, I don't care about your company that needs to take a cut for fund raising for any group -- political or charity. I blocked the number with my phone company and your company is still attempting to reach me despite my phone number is now blocked to your telemarketers. Don't you think that if your telemarketer hears a message saying your number is blocked that the person would do the right thing and remove it from the calling number list? Seriously, it is probably not the ACLU, but a scam artist from some 3rd world company spoofing the ACLU number. A cold call will not work with me for donations.
