Same as above, he asked me to take a message I said, no, this is a scam and if this is true put it in writing and send it to me. I hung up and he called back 3 more times.
Just got three calls ina row from this number. Answered the first time, Indian man with broken english askign for me, before I let him say anything, I told him I was working (as I do from home) and that I did not wish to receive any further calls from him and to please remove me from whatever list he had my number on. Needless to say, he called back two more times within the next two minutes. let it go to voicemail. SCAM.
Received message from Middle Eastern man telling me to return his call regarding legal matter with Department of Legal Affairs. At the end of message specified to return a call to David Welkner soon or get an attorney and have the attorney call, and I'd better do it if I didn't want a "legal mess"
I just received the same phone call from this number. It's a scam and I reported it as a fraudulent call to the tigta.com website and you should ALL do the same. The man spoke in an indian or phillipino accent and claimed to be calling from LA and said he had sent a certified letter to me and that no one had signed for it so it was sent back. When we asked if they could resend it, he said no it was too late and that official court proceedings were being initiated against me for back taxes (of which I have none). Luckily it was obvious to me this guy was a fraud but it so crappy that people do this. He wanted me to call him back at 3237866595 ext 226.
