Just got the call, lots of cussing, etc. Unbelievable that after so long nothing has been done about this. I guess something bad has to happen before someone with any authority takes notice.
323-790-8456 02/11/2013 1:40 AM. Caller: Unknown. Caller ID said "Unknown Name". No one was on the line. According to bloggers at "whocallsme.com", it a home improvement company named Zohar Construction located in Agoura Hills, California. It also uses the names Sunrise Home Remodeling, Quality Home Construction, and Presidential Home Design.
Called and solicited for home improvement. I was able to call them back at 888-466-3147 and the woman acknowledged the 323 790-8456 number was theirs. they answered as Presidential Builders. . Something very shady about a number that comes back as disconnected 10 minutes after they call. I'd be afraid to let these folks in my house. Too many people are robbing you blind while their estimator is touring the other side of your house with you in tow.

If the company has any connections with calls from 323 790 8456, then there might be legal recourse. We should first call them to ask them to follow the federal law to instruct their callers to call from this and/or other numbers if applicable.
Some lawyers please advise: could this be a class action case?
