Who called from 3237908456

Today is Wednesday, June 13, 2012.  At 7:13pm, my cousin received a call from a person who calls himself "Mark".  Mark sounded as if he was definitely a man.

The call came in as 323-790-8456.  When my cousin asked what the call was about, my cousin said that Mark replied, "Tell him Mark called", and then he immediately hung up the phone.

So this is still happening. How can it be stopped. They call me all the time. I want it stopped.

For the last year I have been receiving calls from these A holes( 3237908456) !! At first I would say the home   owner was not home. I finally got sick of it and asked who was calling, each time I ask I get hung up on. Just happened 10 min ago. Is there any way to block this number??

no response on pick up , person speaks a few obscenities and then nothing
