I have never claimed to be the proverbial “smartest tool” in the shed but it strikes me as odd to find a company would call a customer, sometimes 15 to 20 times a day and just hang up. Do they really think they will annoy people into taking action? I still do not know what the calls are for; I have gathered it is GE Money from others in this forum. I just would really like to know what brain child came up with this annoyance tactic and how much he or she is getting paid. Maybe GE Money could take their wages and pay whatever debt they feel others have with them that give them the right to be so annoying.
Get calls at least 5-6 times a day at WORK, and 3 to 4 times a day on my cell phone. No message has ever been left. I am about to ask my company to block the number, as I have no idea who it is. And I don't have an account with JCPenney.
We're getting several phone calls from this number. They never leave any message on voice mail. On one occassion the caller claimed to be someone by the name of "Ben".
