Got a call today, my caller ID shows the number is in Illinois. Looked like a weird number so I didn't answer it. I called back and it said the phone call could not be completed as dialed. Probably spam!
People, IGNORE calls from numbers you don't know! The minute you respond in ANY way, they know they "have a live one" at that number and you get added to the databank to receive MORE scam calls. The easiest way to handle these is to create a "new contact" in your phone (call it "unknown caller" or whatever you want), and give that contact a silent ring tone. I do this, and even if they DO ever call me back, I never even know it because my phone doesn't ring at all.
Just got a call today from this number. I'm also in Colorado. I missed the call and didn't call it back. Sure like to get a location for the caller. That's the weirdest phone number I've seen in a while. 02/24/14
