They called us saying they were my dad's uncle and aunt and saying they were in a car crash. They asked for money (speaking in spanish). It sounded suspicious so we called the daughter of our dad's uncle and aunt and they said they were in Mexico. So in the end we did not fall for the scam and we did actually get the names of the people who did it. His name is Jose Roberto Gutierrez Carranza. People beware of this person.Do not fall for there scams

I received a call on my house phone from a guy saying he was my nephew. I didn't recognize the voice so I kep asking who they were. They couldn't give me an answer. Finally they said they were my nephew 'Juan.' Since I did not recognize the name I said I still didn't know who they were. They tried to make me feel bad for not remembering them. The guy said he was sick too. The he said I was the aunt from such and such family. I lied and said no I wasn't and they hung up on me.
Warning do not fall for this mfr. He said that he was my nephew and kept calling uncle.That was already suspicious for I don't have nephews that old.he said that he wanted to come visit but I told him that I don't even know who you are ,he paused and hung up. Spanish speaking....BE CARFUL FOR THESE MONEY HUNGRY MFRS.
Somebody please help catch these individuals before they make someone get a heart attack.they are dangerous.also telling people that their family member got badly injured in automobile accident and that they need money.imagine if they say that to an elderly with heart problems.There has to be a way to catch them.Please help.
