ALL LIES. Thank GOD my daughter doesn't have the funds to even remotely cover this FAKE check anyway.
The check is from TEAM ESCROW in CA however, the check itself is mailed from FL...HMMM NOT TOO SUSPICIOUS

The same thing just happened to me! Said her name was Patricia Foley and that they were relocating to the area with their dogs and her husband Peter! I just deposited the check, then when she asked me to wire it somewhere else I knew it was sketchy. I am on the phone with my bank account to see if they can reverse it before I get in trouble.
