I got a 911 call which scared me to death as they area code they used was NC where my daughter lives. 336 505 7092. The guy left a completely garbled message (but left the callback number clearly!). There is an India like vm attached that says it's fthe Federal State Bureau of NC. The really bad part is I was so scared I left them my cell number to return my call ASAP....as I thought it was a 911 call related to my daugher. Now the jerks will be calling my cell or worse.
Someone was calling me from this phone number. Is valid threats, instilling fear and even cause a state of shock, something totally unknown to the person?
