Got a call from this number, they asked for an Alicia, I was half asleep at the time so I responded with " Who the hell is Alicia?? " then they just did a weird laugh, so before I hung up I told them never to call me again. I put them in my contacts list as PCF Alicia weird laugh. (PCF=person calling for)
