Who called from 3462016378

Called my cell phone, left no message.   Blocked number.   Will this ever stop?

Called at 9:25 AM, As a practice I do not answer calls from unknown/new numbers and let it go to voicemail. No msg left = Not important!

Call came at 3:45 on a Sunday. Looking for my son. Said he wasn't here and could I take a message. Female voice responded they will call back and hung up.

This number just called and asked for me specifically, all I said was "may I ask who is calling?" the machine said, "oh no message, we will call back later." I called back and just got a busy signal, smh waste of time.
