Received three calls this morning starting at 700 am! From 346-204-8384. Can't be from the IRS, they have a 1-800 # and give you a case file number. Totally fraudulent.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Had three messages on the answering machine from this number threatening that the IRS is filing a lawsuit. I have heard many times that if the IRS has an issue with you they will send you a letter via snail mail. Still get concerned whenever I hear "IRS" in a phone message. Glad I found this thread.
I've had 3 calls this morning starting at 7:30am from 346 971-6385 saying they are the IRS and 're going to sue me immediately if I don't call the above phone number. I thought it was a scam and am glad to read the above posts.
