Received call from 346-303-9921 - Caller ID said "Cell Phone". Automated call saying last call, lawsuit being started; call back immediately to stop the IRS from filing suit. I know that if the IRS is going to sue you it wouldn't be from an automated call from a cell phone. Definitely a scam and didn't call back.

On January 29,2016 around 9:00 AM hour, Ireceived a call from 346-303-9921 and I received a call from 202-754-8440.Both callers left recorded voice messages saying the IRS is suing you.
Later on that day around 4:23PM, I got a second call from the 346-303-9921 number with the same exact recorded message. None of the 3 messages identified me by my name.
