This caller said the irs is suing me and they have been trying to contact me. I have had two phone calls so far. Please report this as a scam as the irs doesn't make phone calls.
They called me today, 11-13-15 threating an IRS lawsuit for back taxes...funny because i just got my tax refund yesterday. Sad though that I'm sure they scare a lot of people that don't have the ability to see through this crap. If you have a FB page or other social media....out this number so others get a heads up that it's just scam crappage.
I recieved 2 calls from this number today with a recorded mesaage saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to callback the number. I knew this was a scam, but out of curiousity I called the number back from a blocked number, and no one answered. How are they going to get anything off of you if they aren't answering their own scam? Idiots. I thought maybe they could be trying to do an identity theft scam by getting you to call back hoping that your name shows up on their ID.
