I don't know how these scumbags get all of these numbers, computer generated, I guess, but I have reported to the FCC, what a joke. It is a direct abuse of our rights.
I have asked numerous times to be removed from there call list and they keep calling. When i asked to be removed last time they just hung up! BULLCRAP!
Got several calls from these clowns using this number and others. Same scam on each. I forwarded the last 2 to Ohio's AG who told me they can't confirm or deny any action being taken.
"There are no current problems with your credit card account. Press One to lower your credit card interest rates". So I pressed 1, waited until they picked up, and told them to remove this number from their calling database. They just hang up. I've gotten these calls at home and cell and it's always the same result. Doesn't seem to be anything to do to stop this.
Same thing, new number. It isn't Rachel this time, just another "lower your credit card interest" scam. And it doesn't help to press 1 and ask for a supervisor, as they say sure and then hang up. I've now started to log the calls on the Do Not Call Registry complaint website. Maybe if everybody did this, we could get rid of them - jk.
