This person calls me every week. Really want it to stop

Wanted me to call the number or risk violating Federal law.....scam!

Makes a super scary call - saying if you don't respond immediately, it will be viewed as an intentional refusal to comply with a government order.  Now, I'm wondering, whose government?  His accent is not American, and he uses terms describing court actions in Great Britain, not USA.  So ... really, guy?  You're wasting my time, and are clearly just a big scammer.  JERK!!  Go poke yourself in the eye with a fork!!

Sounds like you got a IRS extortion call. The majority of those are coming from India and Pakistan. And yes,their knowledge of our laws and their geography is horrible. Still, I have been told there are a few places back east that still actually use the term Magistrate. Its not totally forgotten.
