I get tons of calls a week from these type of numbers every week. The best thing you can do is to report them every time they call and not answer their calls. It keeps your number in their system if you don't answer and never do they lose interest.
The "Do Not Call" lists provide your number to telemarketers, skip tracers, collectors, etc. My suggestion is to either download a block call app for your smartphone block the number through your carrier. They may still change the number (they use a Voice Over IP phone system that can revolve numbers, to any location in the world, making calls to the police departments of cities on caller ID is useless) Continue to block these new numbers, and eventually they will give up. Sorry. :(
A lady called me at 8pm . I told her I was not interested in the skin products and have a good night. Tjen dhe called me back again asking why...I said I do not need it and to tk me off there list. I hung up then she called back. I told her stop calling me it is being harassing. She said she will keep calling and calling. I hung up again she called again I told her to stop calling me and she called bk singing some stupid song.. my husband got the phone and tried to reason with her to stop calling and she said shut up shut up over and over singing etc.. I blocked her # . How do I report this?

This number called me 12-11-13 at 12:41pm eastern time. I don't answer if I don't know the number, and they left no message. I haven't received any more from that number but got one the same day at 4:32pm from another number people are complaining about here: 305-602-0647. Again, I didn't answer. The people talking about this number said they were pushing some security system. I don't know if they're related, but I never get calls like this, so the timing makes me wonder if they are.
