i got a call for one of my friends..they said that there is 3 cases in his name and social. What happened is my buddy applied for a payday loan..it was on a website that was a scam. they got his social off the website and started calling him. He never recieved the loan. Theyre a bunch of sand [***] and none of them speak english well
I have received calls from this number numerous times, the first time it happened I looked up the number and found that it was a scam told them and they quit calling for awhile. Today he said my social security number was under investigation and that he was from the law and justice department?? By the way he does not speak very good english and it is obvious he is not American. How do I get these calls to stop?
i heard this is from cashnet usa or some sort of loan, payday????? i got the call too and at work and the lady who gave me the message said it sounded suspicious and she looked up the info and saw so much info on this fraud, i have have had loans in the past but not them ....who are they....i believe some of my info has been sold or mishandled...i don't have the same acct i used to have but the fact that they have my ssn is scary.....i need an address for these scumbuckets so i can sue them!
