I just got a call from a man and before he could say who he was I said let me guess you are with the DEA and I said that I wanted him to know that this call was being recorded by the attorny general and he started screaming at me and I hung up
Left a voice message telling me he was a DEA agent and I was involved in some investigation. First, utterly implausible. Secondly, I assume if I called back he would ask for some money or such. When you google this number, and entire slew of 347-298-xxxx numbers come up all with complaints of various prank calls so I assume this is some type of phone back scam ring.
Total Scam!!! Just got a call from a heavily accented male and yes, said I was involved in a Federal Investigation told me to send $875 to Ms. Reyna Rayna Aybar Marte at 112 Lincoln St Samto Domingo Dominican Republic 11343...told him I had been taking notes the entire conversation and would check with my local Circuit Court (since he said a unit was coming to pick me up so I could appear in court)...after I questioned him further he got angry and started yelling at me so I hung up.
