I got the same thing. I kept them on for about 15 minutes knowing all the time about the scam. I hope I wasted enough of their time that they won't get to someone who does not understand computers.
Call advising he was with Microsoft Global Technical Support and calling to resolve issues with MANY Trojan virus reports sent to Microsoft by my computer and he would help keep my computer from crashing. Asked many questions and he was persistent that he was with Microsoft. Urged me to press CTRL, windows key and R at the same time to see MANY errors which my computer was reporting and he would then walk me through deleting Trojan viruses as well as other viruses on my computer. I refused and asked for a call back number. He said I could check it out and call 347-305-0202 and ask for Henry.

Rayan is a very good tech guy he gave me windows 7 ultimate and ms office 2013 if you have any problem with your computer call in this number and just say that rayan is my tech guy and tell all the problem to rayan i swear your problem would be fixed.......he is damn good intelligent ......
you can not say anything about a guy i felt every time he helped me out any difficulties what i was facing
like my internet was not working he solved it....and i got black screen and was scared but there was one
with his brilliant brain i called him ....he fixed it out on the phone line......if i would have gone to local market i could have cost me lot's of money......
