I got the same thing. I kept them on for about 15 minutes knowing all the time about the scam. I hope I wasted enough of their time that they won't get to someone who does not understand computers.
I was amazed at what this guy could do, including printing everything, except the prices he quoted. I was polite during the entire conversation, thinking if he got this far, right onto my computer screen, he could also shut me down with a black screen or something. Any body out there use him and have any luck, or is this a complete scam?
I got a call from this number and they showed me whole the problem in my computer and even my computer in running slow and they worked on it for 2-3 hours, after that my computer is working fine...
My damn laptop was not working from past few days and i was having some health issues, so didn't get time get repaired from technician. I had a lot of trouble using windows and had a lot of popups and virus on my screen. One morning, i got this call from some Shawn Kelly trying to make me aware of my internal errors and virus on my computer. Shawn, technician helped me out to understand the condition of my laptop and worked for the whole day, updating my operating system windows and all other drivers required. I got PC matic installed in my laptop and it works so good as never before. I really appreciate their hard-work and help. Thanks Shawn
