I recieved a call this afternoon from this number. The man knew my 1st and last name. Totally creepy. He said my computer was sending codes. Told him I had no computer and to send me a letter lol... he hung up on me.
Hi, I got call from from 347-305-7007, these guys are real technicians and help me fixing my useless computer. Mr.Tom was not only extremely knowledgeable about systems; he was one of the best examples of excellent customer service we have ever experienced. He spent the time to correctly analyze the problems and worked hard at resolving them. We felt confident that he would not only fix the mess on the computer but also that he would not rush just to get the job done.
I was also contacted by phone earlier from a guy who claimed to work for “I Fix”, an IT tech. I asked him his name and he told me Michael. I asked for his company’s phone number and he gave me 347-305-7007. I told him I was going to hang up and call that phone number back. When I did, he answered. Again he wanted me to get on the computer and let him walk me through correcting these errors. I told him to send an email, soon I received an email with some procedures when I follow it and I checked my computer problems and then I called him and thanks for the assistance and assurance provided by Michael in a friendly and helpful manner. Hope to hear from him again.
