I recieved a call this afternoon from this number. The man knew my 1st and last name. Totally creepy. He said my computer was sending codes. Told him I had no computer and to send me a letter lol... he hung up on me.
They called about my computer so I listen to him...I said give me your phone which they did...Iwould not call them back they said they where Micorsoft...What A SCAM. They think we are fool's get real...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK..
They kept on calling me, took remote access of my computer and stole all of my banking information, they have been reported to the police dept, Do not entertain their calls and report immediately
Fraud, they said my computer was getting error messages and offered to fix it. In this type of scam they have you download their software which you then have to pay ransom to get your computer working again. I don't have a windows pc so it was clear there were no error messages being generated.
Yeah.. I got a call from this number and talked to him for a good long time about the error messages my computer was sending. I finally had to go so i had to hang up. The problem is, i don't have a computer.
