I recieved a call this afternoon from this number. The man knew my 1st and last name. Totally creepy. He said my computer was sending codes. Told him I had no computer and to send me a letter lol... he hung up on me.
This is the number a foreign scammer gave me to call him back when I played dumb when he tried to tell me my computer was sending error codes. He called me from 347-098-4243 and said his name was Steve.
Couldn't hardly understand what he was saying but I played along with him for almost 10 minutes telling him what he was advising me to do wasn't working. He finally hung up on me when I asked him if I had to have the computer powered on.
I LOVE leading these scumbags on as long as possible when I have time! Not only do I get that warm fuzzy feeling when they realize they've just been scammed themselves and hang up... they NEVER call back again.

Just got so much information from PEter...he was a great help this evening...I am lodging complaints with the FTC and Attorney General's Office in my state and the Federal Government.
