Called twice, before noon, today.
I.R.S. has filed a law suit against me.
What?!?
Doubt that.

it called twice today as well.  I don't think I.R.S will use an auto machine to contact me.  Does anyone have any information to share?

My mom just received a call from 347-305-7060 saying the same thing. She's 87 and bedridden and I know she doesn't owe taxes. It's a scam.

I got 2calls from different number in NY Queens area(347 349 4964) a woman's voice saying they were IRS and had a law suit against me.  I did NOT call them back.  First time didn't leave message, second time they did.  Sounded like a robot call.  SCAM!!!
