Got a call from this officer name Sean Thomas from the Department of Financial Investigation stating that my name and SS# will face legal implication. I didn't call back because I feel as if this is a scam.

doing my part. asked fox news channel 12 in eastern north Carolina to do an article on this guy to expose him last night. they got a hold of me this morning asking to interview me on this guy. im going to just to raise awareness to as many as possible.
be very careful with this number that calls. I did give them my info. had to cancel my account. also if you try calling that number it doesnt work. the new number their calling from is now347-827-3814 from a patrick .
This is a scam, using same format as a lot of other calls. Claiming to be John Taylor from Criminal Investigations. Heavy Indian Accent, have heard this voice before using different name and phone number.
