Was called from this number.  No message left.  Constant busy signal.

Filed complaints with FCC, Do not Call and send an email to Windstream customer support who is reported as owner of the switch assuming number was not ported.

Does not identify - just hangs up and leaves no message.

Said he was from customer service but wouldn't say for what company! Seems like a scam.

leaves no message -- called back and message said the survey was finished (yet they just called me 10 minutes earlier) so clearly this is a scam (as are most robocalls)

Yes, my caller said the same thing and I hung up
