Called me twice leaving threatening messages about I'm getting sued by the IRS. I didn't answer, but decided to call them back just to see who it was (I suspected a scam as I have no issues with the IRS). "David Frost" with ID number 210993 answered (with a lot of background noise) claiming to be working for the IRS in Wash., DC. He then wanted to know I was and I said he had called me twice, he already knew who I was. When I then told him this was a NY number, he changed his tune and said that he worked for the IRS in DC, but was calling from NY. I played a BS card and said that if I was getting sued by the IRS, to send the papers and hung up.
I got calls from two different numbers with the same threatening IRS lawsuits. One came from 4354093645 and the other from 3474081466. I did not care to return calls because it is known than the IRS will never call about a lawsuit. I checked the numbers and found that one came from Washington State and the other from New York.
