Received call on my way to work from 347.430.4707. I could hear back ground noise (other callers). Said she was with IRS (though she left a message - I didn't answer.listened to message..) I've rec'd so many of these calls and know it's a scam. Am so tempted to call her back and tell her "I'm an agent with the IRS, and I've contacted the US Embassy in your country... They're on their way now to arrest your group. You've committed a Federal Offense by impersonating the IRS" They actually conned a sweet friend of mine who is from Russia.. She sent them money.. OMG...
Got two calls right in a row from this number this morning. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. As the previous commenter mentioned, I imagine they are one of those IRS "you owe money or we will arrest you" scams, as I've received a few calls like that this week from the same area code.
Just received a call this morning from 3474304707 and left a message threatening me that they are going to file a lawsuit against me and this call is your final warning. Don't return to any fake IRS scam call .
Received a call from 347-430-4707. The guy left me a message stating his name is Sharon Thomas (could not understand the first name with Indian accent). He said is calling from IRS, Informing me that a legal case has been filed against me. He further said I am under Federal Investigation. Asked me to call back. This is obviously a scam.
