Scam b.S. Artist claiming to be "irs & homeland security", sending police after the call to arrest me immediately. Since when does the lead investigator of the irs fraud department speak with an indian accent? Although these days, you never know...
I spoke with Emma Bennett who allegedly is the chief investigator for the IRS and homeland security. Said I was going to be arrested at work with in an hour for tax evasion and that she hopes I have a lawyer. Just a bunch of [***], trying to make me feel scared and wanting to bully me into giving her personal information. Oh I also owe it turns out $7, 682.00 but after the fees and having to get a lawyer it can vary anywhere from $35,000 to $50, 000.00. 3 other people at work plus a police officer got the same call. She also tried to make me feel threatened by saying she works for home land security because she assumed I wasn't a US citizen, next step was probably going to be threats of deportation. I would say this was a well trained scammer, and I can see her taking advatage of people. Hope these folks get caught, but my hopes are not that high.
Ridiculous recording claiming to be from IRS. Will send the local police to pick me up for the 4 charges against me. All a bunch of BS. So evil. Intimidating tactics. Someone should stop these jerks
