Fellow used the name Carlos Williams. Said he was with the DA's office in NY. Said an employee obtained a loan from payday loans and hadn't paid it. Lawsuit pending. Phoney.
Recieved 7 calls in 5 minutes at work, they kept hanging up and calling back, said i was being sued, heavy foriegn accent, laughed at me when i told them not to contact me at work
This number called my Company today..He said his name was Will Turner..We have already reported this same guy Foriegn accent and says the same thing about a lawsuit. It is a scam. We have already reported it to the police and apparently there are more than one of them..recently out of jail for the same scam a while back. Ignore them..get the number and hang up.
This number called and left a message saying it was a law enforcement agency and I was being named in a fraud lawsuite for some internet company. Name left was John Martin, what a bunch of of S___T. Don't fall for this scam.
