I receives this call on Sept 16 asking if l
knew anything about a law suit IRS with my name on it and that my husband name is on it also. Then he said he needs to call him back, today. This man also ask what was the offices name that call me and left me a messages his name was Flex lawsuit is for 2009-2013.
I received a similar call. I called back and they told me that there was a court ordered IRS claim against me for $6,280. They went on to say that if I didn't take action in 24 hours, they would have me arrested. I hung up, called back and the person told me I owed $9,024. I laughed and hung up again. Total scam...
I got a robocall with same IRS message. called back and got a heavy foreign accented male who said IRS would be filing against me. he then said he was going to record the call and i was not allowed to interrupt or ask questions.
I asked him to hold and told him i would call him back on my recorded line and he disconnected. Scam!!!!
Got a call from this number leaving a message threatening me on going to court for serious [***], It seems funny that the IRS would use Skype as their caller ID. How stupid does this guy think people are? Well, blocking the whole range of 347 area code.
Same ol' scam..threatening to have you arrested if not settled over the phone. Lawsuit pending. Can't speak English. I told him what to do with the lawsuit!!!! If you get my drift?
