These people (man and woman) call and leave this number on my cell phone with threats that I will be arrested. I am supposed to call them back or have my lawyer call them back. This has something to do with pay day loans from a company I have never heard of or done any business with. This is a stupid SCAM and I must have had at least 100 or more calls from these people. If you talk to them and confront them with questions about which firm they work for and similar things they never tell you. They change their names and numbers frequently.
They need to be stopped.
Mr.T I am so grateful that you researched this for me and I thank you also for posting the information. I am so sick and tired of no one doing anything about these scammers let alone the fact that when I call tech support for everything they are all from the middle east. Ive even had some of them ask me to go out with them-WTH!!! Needless to say I was thoroughly mortified and put in a complaint on that subject. Do you happen to know how they get our unlisted numbers and how we can stop them period?

I also got calls form this number and the FTC knows all about them. It is a 100% scam. the most fun you can have is to call them back and piss them off by making fun of them and talking to them in the accent. It really pisses them off and wastes there time like them wasted your. It also lets them know you know all about the scam and be sure to tell them you reported them. After that they will never, NEVER call you again!
These people are indeed scammers. Claudia called myself to collect a loan. She allowed me to split it in two pymts. She even sent me receits;on no page was an address or number listed. When I attempt to call her, no one ever answered.I called the FBI who stated a rapid ongoing investigation has begun. Since I don't respond to their threats, I have been called from Switzerland. Chile. Romania. Croatia. The FBI st'd they thought they were working from Jamaica;they buy prepaid cells from the US. They have a very thick accent as do people from India. I was taken for more than 3200;now that I know to google the numbers, I always research. They threaten my freedom. income. home, daughters - etc. Pkease check any number that you don't know. They even made 911 come up on the id. The date that happened was also thr annivery of my sons' death 7 yrs ago/ I have eight surviving and when that came up, my heart stopped. Don't be taken.
