they just called me and told me to sent money through western union and they threatened me that i would be sued for 988.37 that i didnt pay back he said his name was scott miller
Just got a call from this number too.......Indian accent........said he was James Scott attorney..and that if I didn't call him back he would file a lawsuit against me....and then wished me Good Luck........
let me tell u what i did. i called them back from another number, all u have to do is say your the atty for the person they are looking for. they will say ok, hold o let me get the file and put u on hold and they will disconnect the call. when i called back again, they tripped the ringer on the fone and that ended the calls.
I keep getting calls from this guy who says I owe for a loan I never took out. I applied for a home loan and that was all. He has called my friend harassing her, when asked who i owe this money to all he says is see u in court tomorrow. I then called my bank and an place called ACHD has over drawn my account. I then called back and told him that it is my right as a citizen of the united states to know who and what these calls are for and he said I F***K you A**. When blocking my number it says my call can't go through at this time. then i call back and no one answers.
I got a call too from this number, usually I hang up on marketing calls but when dude said attorney and had my info I got nervous a bit. Got the info cause it sounded strange and just verified with this law office in new york that this is a scam. The actual law office said they've gotten calls from people about this and they ensured me it is a scam
