Received a call from this number last week and finally called back this week. Never left a voicemail. I know that the government offers grants but don't think it is done this way. Supposedly it was for 7,000 random selection.. I thought it was fishy so i called back just to see.. diffferent individual answered however each time it is a foreign accent. I started to get a strange vibe and asked for the webiste. Its an unoffical website. This is definitely as scam.. and I am signing up for life lock today. Creepy! This is the last time I ever pick up a call from anyone I dont know.
