Don't worry I think it's a scam. My attorney is Koelher Law Office. They told me that after yesterday it was harrasment. Yes, I got the same call. I told them who my attorney was and they hung up on me.
I call the from them at my job. They were saying I had a law suit and I need a lawyer. Also he said I did some type of loan. The guy name was Alan and he had an accent that wasn't american. I don't think he was legit and he was having an attitude with me. He said I was going to be arrested at my job.
Please do we know how to stop them .. the phone calls r starting to drive me crazy. It seems to be all the same .. they tell u that a loan company has loaned u money and now they have a warant out bc the loan as not been paid ... But when u tell them that u have never taken out a loan and that u want them to send some paper work they r like ... Oh we don't know much about the case and when I say oh well u should do want me to pay u for nothing .. then they tell me if I don't paid I will go to jail ... So I told them I will take my chances. But now I am getting 5-6 calls a day and its getting old . Thanks

In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities.
