I think this people are a scam....I do not know who she is....says to go to Walmart for my registration fee...me and my wife did it and now...they just dissappered.... We are in our late 20s trying to go back to school and they just took our money..... It hurt my heart BC we both are kind hearted and struggle everyday.....please someone help us if you can or know anything....I would do it for you .....

Never accept any kind of offer for a grant or loan from someone who cold calls you and offers you something. This is a common scam. They get a fee from you and when the money is wired, they disappear.
I take it you were the victim of some sort of grant scam. Someone cold called you and offered you a grant, but wanted an up front fee? That how it worked out? And you paid them by some untraceable means?
If so, your money is gone. There is no way to retrieve it.
You should make a report to the institution that sold you the financial instruments and make a report at your local police station. There isn't much the police can do, because such scams originate in India and Pakistan.
However, they can notify the community and perhaps the media.
