When I called back the number, it was a female who also had a thick Indian accent and said she was from the CBI-Criminal Bureau of Investigation; whatever that is. She didn't even ask for me by the correct name so I'm not calling back, plus I have no ties whatsoever in NY
I received a call from this number several times, two to my work # and two to my cell #. I didn't answer any of them. One voice mail message was left. The man had a very thick Indian accent and stated he was Officer Jack Smith from the Dept of Justice, BCI. He said once I received his message, me or my attorney needed to contact him immediately. If I ignore his message and do not call him back, all he could do was wish me luck because I would be in very big trouble! He then said Good Luck and good day. Where do these people come up with this crap???

I just received a call from someone with a foreign accent calling me from this 347-903-7831 claiming to be from the US Justice Department. I could easily tell that this was a scam. I have received calls from other numbers that sound like the same voice as the person who called me this morning. I have had enough of their scams and harrasment and I will be reporting them to the FTC.
