The Indian scammers are never very bright. The International Date Line can REALLY confuse them. The desperate little beggar was probably trying to tell you that if you didn't cough up some money immediately he was going to have you arrested & you'd be going to court yesterday...
Just laugh at the fool. Ignore their calls or block them if you can.

I called the 202 number. It rang twice, paused a moment, then hung up.
I called the 347 number and it went immediately to a robotic voicemail saying the person I was trying to reach was not available.
I registered the text as a spam number and deleted it.
Scam. Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. Total scam originating in India or Pakistan. Ignore and block the calls.
I got a txt and decided to call to see what it is all about. Guy, with an Indian accent, threatened me with arrest by an agent tomorrow at my place of work. I told him I've never been served documents, he tells me the agent will serve me than arrest me, which is against the law. I work on a Native American reservation and when I told him any agent would need authorization of Governor first he told me the Governor could f**k himself. This is a big time scam. DON'T listen to these guys. I did have pay day loans before but they were paid off.
