someone called from 512-854-9770 claiming they were from the Travis County Sheriff office stating there was a claim pending against me, when I advised that I didnt know what they were talking about he stated that they would just send and officer to come arrest me and disconnected the call. This gentlemen had a heavy foreign accent. I believe 100% this is a scam and will be notifying Travis County Sheriff Office.
Yeah, same number, 512-854-9770, has accent as well. I couldn't hear very well. Said he would transfer me to his superior, officer Randy. He said cops could be here in 10 minutes. Yeah ok. I believe he said Hays county? But this number is Travis county. Oops, maybe he strayed from his script.
