Got the same call  this morning...same message as listed above.....I hope they do show up at my home. LOL!!! this is a scam, nothing else cause IRS does not use the phone for such purposes.

I received a call from 213-141-5163, directing me to call 347-980-7680.. There is a link on the homepage of the real IRS website, under the "News" heading,  titled "Don't be Fooled by Tax Scams". If you click on that link, you can find out how to report scam callers.

Recorded message stating that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.  Hah!

This people with a heavy accent is calling the the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. And that it's a lie
