I was returning a missed call from this phone number 3602080905, he said IRS, his name is officer Alex Martin, ID# IRM 2468, he asked for my name and last name then he said "You owe $1975 for the tax years 2008 - 2014, if you don't pay there will be a lawsuit against you, you will lose the house, car and/or all of the properties. I told him I didn't file any tax return on those years. I asked for his name again to make sure I heard it right the first time, he said "Alex Martin" then I said "from the strong accent, you couldn't be Alex Martin" , then he said you could wait for the lawsuit and then he hung up the phone. I THINK THIS IS SCAM!!!
robotic message says from IRS and there is going to be legal action taken against me. For starters, the IRS does not contact ANYONE by phone, and certainly not with a robocaller. Also, I don't owe any taxes to the IRS....this is a scam, do not fall for it!!!
Received a message from this number 360 208 0905 saying it was the IRS in Washington please contact. When I called back I was told I owed taxes for 2008-2014 in the amount of 975.00. That it must be paid now or my accounts would be frozen (seized), a Federal warrant would be issued for my arrest , my house would be taken, This amount needed to be paid RIGHT now. It was a very scary call, and the person was very demanding. He said 1/2 would take care of it, I told him I only had 5.00 he said fine the police will be there to arrest you in a matter of days and hang up the phone.
