Got another call from this number but no message was left. I tried calling back and nothing. I am getting tired of these unwanted calls coming to my cell phone. I am on a family plan with parents and I know my dad will be very upset if he finds out about these calls.

Recd call. Middle Eastern accented voice identified me by name and stated he was calling form the medical department and identivied himself as John Brown. When asked where he was in Washington, stated "not in Washington, in Texas". I asked what company he was with, he stated not a company, the government. I asked what city in Texas he was calling from, stated Cleveland. Could not identify what large city he was close to. Told him that I did not believe he was in Texas or affiliated with a valid organization and told him not to call again or I would call authorities.
