Who called from 3602325842

Said it was the IRS with a final notice as they were filing a lawsuit against me

Caller left message, You need to call the IRS who is going to file a suit.  Called back just to see who this was, (knowing it was a scam), was put on hold then disconnected.

Called and left message that the irs was filing suit. Said to call this number immediately.  Just another scam. The irs does not use the phone to contact. A friend of mine got the same call yesterday.

Caller said it was the IRS and I am being sued by the so I must call back Calling at least three times a day

Block the call if you can.  The REAL IRS mails letters if there is a problem.
