I answered my home phone - got a message to call 360-284-4872. he said he was calling from IRS. I DID call them back. they asked for my phone # and i gave it to them. Irs is suing more over taxes. in 45 minutes an agent will come to my door and arrest me! ha! the only thing that is wierd is that they didn't ask me for any money or my social security #. I asked where he was calling from - Washington DC. heavy indian accent on both the original call and the person who I spoke w when I called them back.
I received a call from the IRS Enumclaw, Wa claiming I owed money and IRS was filing a lawsuit on me. I talked to a lady I could not understand. I told her that I haven't received anything from IRS and that IRS did not make phone calls for collection of back taxes. I told her to send that information to me by mail. After a long pause she hung up on me. The phone number from her was 360-284-4884.
This number has called repeatedly and left voicemails saying that a lawsuit has been filed against me and if I do not call back a Warrent for my arrest will be filed. A Google search shows this is a scam.

i called back because i know it's a scam. no answer no voice mail. i wanted to call them on their [***]. the irs will never call you. they send any info/request by mail.
