Received a call on my cell phone - same as above comments - credit card, etc. etc. - did not follow the prompts, just hung up. Have also recieved the same at my home phone.
Received a call on my cell from this # at 9AM today 7/13. Did not recognize # so I did not answer . They did not leave a message. Also please make people aware that some scams are calling to say that it is your grandchild who was arrested in a foreign jail send money. Grandparents beware of this scam especially if they say "Please don't tell Mom & DAd".
I just got a call, said it came from Marysville, Washington.
The foreign guy on the phone said something about reducing my interest rate. I asked what company it was and he replied a service company that works with Bank of America, Chase, and something else - NOT a company where my credit card is through. He also stated he was in Florida.... but my caller ID said Washington. When I told him about that and asked him to remove me from their mailing list, he hung up on me without saying another word.
I got a call from this number on both my home phone and cell today... funny thing is that I just moved to flordia and have a penn. state area code on my cell. The only place that has both numbers is on my resume that I have out on career builders. Unreal how these scammers find your phone numbers.
